Quail upside down during hatch!!!

Flip or no flip? This quail chick has one leg out and is upside down!!! What do I do?

Go ahead and take this egg out of the incubator real quick and see if you can just pop the cap off.

He is still fighting. Is something wrong with his neck? Did I do it right?
( he can lift his neck, but it's kinda long)

thank you all. i was so worried (still am kinda) but he is very active, trying to get the last piece off his butt. he can get that off himself right?
