Quail with some kind of eye problem

I'm new so any help would be greatly needed. I have about 300 6 week old Quail chicks and I've noticed a few starting to got some crusty eyes. I started them on Duramyacin 10 yesterday. Is that going to fix it??? I've read about bronchitis and conjuntivitis in Quail but how do you tell if your birds have that? What meds will cure it and is this normal for Quail to get this?

i dont know. My quail has had this problem for 2 years and it hasnt gone away! Hopefully someone knows

Duramycin is a good broad spectrum antibiotic and should take care of it. Keep the antibiotics going for 5 days PAST seeing any symptoms.
