hi can anyone tell me about feeding quail chicks, I have got some quail food, it looks like all different seeds, do I zap it in the food processor, it dose not say on it what the protein content
is, so how do I know that I am giving enough, or, I do have some chicken chick crumb should I use this? I am sorry to have so many questions, but I have tried to do research, & just got more
questions. thanks to you all

we use gamebird starter crumbles for our quail
for young chicks we put in a zip lock baggy and smash with a hammer
you can use a coffee grinder too.
for older ones they just eat it as it comes
you want about 28% protein
