quails hatched!!!

I had one who had splayed legs and a crippled foot...we babied him for a few days and tried the repair methods listed, but he went downhill after af ew days and I had to cull him. It was very sad, but the others were picking on him mercilessly... good luck wih yours.

I really don't want to cull him i mean he can walk just not grate he can get around and the others are not pecking him. He eats food and drinks water fine.

They are a mixed breed of quails. Not sure which one's though.

I have tried doing that plaster thing but all he did was trip up over it

Unfortunatly he died by getting stuck behind the box they were in. Also 2 others died because something fell on them and now it smells of dead bird ing the green house
