Quails with chickens?

I'm thinking of adding quails to my 3 chickens. Can I keep them together or will they get picked at by chickens? And I have cats...are quails even an option? Cats won't mess with chickens, but quails seems pretty small. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Quail cannot be kept with other species. Chickens will quickly kill them.
