I new at breeding quails , not sure I did have three now only one quail baby left would the male had killed them

Are they Button quail? Sometimes Button quail are great parents and sometimes they are hopeless and some will kill their offspring. You might have to observe them for awhile to figure out what's going on.

I king Quail one hen and cock , then I had three babies threes of age and then notice the next morning, one baby left

King quail they seemed to be getting along well male was looking after them
