I actually saw what happened. I opened the door and he hopped on the fence. Then, Kiki spooked him a little and off he went on the coop.

Saw a few fights, but Lucas did a good job separating them. He is doing really good. The main reason why I am skipping the "see no touch" is because of him. Most birds are already scratching around and eating now. Stacey is the bossy one in the old flock and Coal-A is the bossy one in the new one.
