Eh, what's done is done....do the best you can from here on out.
Hopefully you won't have to pay dire consequences, if you do - you'll deal with it.
Do check the newbies for eternal parasites.

Many people pretend to quarantine, it IS nearly impossible in a true back yard set up. But as you very reasonably posted, it is one bird, or just a few birds counting the new ones. Keep an eagle eye on them, give them good water and feed, several stations, several hide outs, escape routes. Allow birds to move in and out of site, and two weeks, or so, you should be good.
