How long should I quarantine a new bird for?

Thanks guys. I plan on getting a couple more chickens this weekend and I wasn't sure about that.

Im attending the NYS fair, so I think I will be buying some chickens. So I will have to quarantine them. Im hoping to get a silkie hen or two, and a salmon faverolle hen or two.
