Queen or King???

This is one of my four chickens. They are about 16 weeks old. 2 RIR's and 2 Black sexlinks. 3 are developing at about the same pace, but Queen Ann is so far ahead. No eggs yet from any of them. So do I have a Queen Ann or a King Andrew? First pic the one in question, 2nd one of the other 3. Thanks.

I agree, I believe you have a pullet.
And I honestly don't know why, but some chickens do seem to develop a lot faster than others.

She's just gonna be an early starter. Everybody develops differently.
