Okay so m husband being the love that he is just got me a new grill for mothers day and the particular model he picked out comes with a rotisserie spit on it. Does anyone use a rotisserie for their DP roos and if so do you have any good recipes that I could try out on my new grill.

Also I a saving up to get a smoker and was wondering about smoking chickens and turkeys. Does anyone have any outstanding rubs that they make for the smoker and do you use the smoker with your DP roos. It seems like it would be perfect because it is the epitome of low and slow cooking. You cook it on a low temp lower than 200 for 1 hour per pound of weight or until you get up to 180 degrees internal temp inside the bird.

Would love to try out some new recipes that people have used before and really liked.
