I got 3 pekins today and they r 3 months old and they r scared of me because I am new to them what can I do the help them get to know me so thief not so scared and how long does it usually take

The younger the birds the quicker the result. Everything loves to eat them, so chicks are born very wary of strange and new things in their world. Probably the best way to start is to turn them loose in a small area and sit on the floor(ground) near them. Don't grab at them just sit and watch. Or sit and read, pretending to ignore them.

Gradually start bringing a treat for them and scatter it around you. Eventually you can lure them closer with treats. When they start to really look forward to that, they will start jockeying to see who gets near you first. This can lead to them walking all over you and learning you are safe - at the same time. Some birds will perch on you but, hate to be picked up. So don't expect them to go beyond their threshold.

I am new to this site and really don't know how to use it that well sorry but their inclosure is big enough for them but I don't want to go sit in it so would it be safe to let them out and try to just sit there in the yard with no fence because I don't want them to run off and what can I give them for treats

For a list of good (and not so good) treats, take a look at this chart:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/chicken-treat-chart-the-best-treats-for-backyard-chickens

Be stingy with the treats, you want them to have an appetite for their feed and not be like little kids filling up on candy.

If you have questions about the site, maybe looking at the FAQ will help:

Good luck to you and your new flock!
