Question about 1st egg and routing

One of my hens laid her first egg at 19 weeks old. It's been 3 days and no 2nd egg?? Is this normal?

Yes it is. It takes pullets a while to start in with laying on a daily basis. In a few weeks you should be getting eggs pretty regularly.
