Question about adding older pullets

I really wanted a couple of Barred Rock hens, I bought 4 chicks from tractor supply. They are now close to 6 weeks old and all 4 are showing signs that they are roo's. There is a guy here that has pullets for sale, but they are 12 weeks old. All told I have 12 in my flock right now, all are 6 weeks old. Is this age gap too much? Thanks in advance for your input

I wouldn't try combining them for a while, expect to keep them separated.
