It looks like the alert was loading but didn't quite finish.
I am blaming it on internet connection speed.

I'm going to try to go to the bad internet spot in my house and see if I can get it to happen. bbiaf

I'm trying hard to get it to happen to me but not having any luck.

Best I can get is the loading symbol for a few seconds too long (for me) to happen. My alerts are still ok in this bad spot.

Also this happens in the bad connection spot too.

(I had to move to the good connection spot to attach the pics)

My alerts get stuck when the connection is weak. So, all the time.
