Question about Anacona hen

My anacona “hen” has two small growths on the back of her legs. They look like little bubbles and are symmetric. “She” hasn’t begun laying yet. Her comb and wattle and behavior is like a “hen”. Anyone have an idea of what this could be. Unfortunately she is a true anacona and does not like to be caught or held, so I have no picture.

She's a female. No male specific feathering. As sourland wrote, both male and female chickens can get spurs, and that is what the Ancona is developing. Some hens get really big spurs. It just depends on the individual.
