Question about barred rock hen

Lee, the French Marans do have feathered legs, however, much more likely to be a Barred Cochin.

I wouldn't think it French Cuckoo either except that I have noticed a lot of them on ebay lately with feathered legs and you never know who is selling chicks to their local stores
