5 week old barred rock cockerel with reddish brown spot??

So this is my 5 week old barred rock cockerel, he has a little spot of reddish brown feathers around his eye. Is this normal, something that goes away with age?? You can see it in the photo below

I think they mean the small speck of brown fluff near the eye

My barred rooster had a similar thing, I think he had some partridge colour influence, he has a couple random brown feathers mixed into the barring

Wonder if it could be a Rustic Rock? Watch for more brown in its feathers as it ages.
