Question about best way to worm...

Ok, so I've picked up a few chickens from here and there and want to worm my whole flock. I read a couple of ways, one being give wazine, wait a week then use ivomec eprinex for the rest of the worms. OR would it just be easier/best to worm everyone with valbazen? Do you have to reworm to kill the eggs off that will hatch and break the life cycle of the worms?

I know many do not worm, but I have horses, goats, dogs, etc and having just gotten a few chickens from different places I feel it is a good time. I use DE daily in feed. Not sold on that as a wormer though.
