question about birds from ideal

I ordered mottled Java's from them.
i have 8 hens and at least 3 of them have SPURS.

is that in anyway normal or a sign of inbreeding??

I think it means those hens have more testosterone than the others. While perhaps genetic, I don't know that I'd worry that it was from inbreeding.
