Question about blue's

I was wondering something.....I know if you breed a black JG to a splash that you will get 100% blue..........is this correct? If so, if you were to breed a black JG with a splash that came from a blue.....will the 100% thing still apply? Do you always get 100% splash when breeding splash to splash?

Splash is the homozygous versions of the blue gene: two copies of blue. Blue is the heterozygous version of the blue gene: one copy of blue and one copy of not-blue.
