question about bourbons and bronze

I was wondering if anyone knows what weight each one of these, bourbon reds and standard bronze, for males and females would typically overall be after being processed at 1 1'2 - 2 years old? so apparently they at that age would be the largest they will ever be.

I did bronze (mostly bronze) toms that were about a 1 1/2 for Thanksgiving. They both dressed out around 16 pounds. Also just bought a bourbon red jake who is about the same age as a bronze jake I have and he is significantly larger. I haven't processed any hens yet.
