There is tabs up above, wave your mouse over 'forum'. A panel drops down with a general topic. EXAMPLE: if u have a question about food, u find the tab that says feed and watering. After you find you general topic, click it then you see many posts about that topic. Right above the first post, there is a button called 'start a new thread'. Click that and begin typing your question.
