Question about chicks and button

Ok my button is still in with the chicks there about 3 days or so younger then mr button, are buttons sapose to have a naked back or are they pecking the poor thing. I havent seen any squabbles he is usually hideing under someones butt or something but his back is completly bald though he has his little wing feathers now.

I feel so bad for mr button though he was the only hatcher out of 8 eggs and almost wasted away when he was by himself so when the chickie hatched 3 days later I put him in with them he was sooo happy.He still seems pretty happy but his poor back though it dosnt have any sores or such is featherless and Im guessing thats not a good thing . Im afraid he will pine away again.
