Question about citing BYC articles in Biology project proposal

Hey!

I'm doing a project for Biology where I hatch eggs under a broody and in a 'bator and see which batch ends up healthiest and most robust. While finding resources, I read some great articles on BYC and ended up using two members' articles. I've already PMed @Pyxis about using their articles. Thing is, the other member, @silkiechicken , hasn't been on BYC in a couple years. Is it still okay for me to use and cite these articles as reference?

When I use someone's works, I cite what they wrote and attribute it to them. This is a public forum so I think it is already out there.

No, I just used the link in my References page. I used it for research.
