Question about cocci.....

Somehow my group of 22 chicks ended up with cocci I’m pretty sure. They go from running around to sleeping to dead in a matter of a day. I’ve now lost 6 .
I got my hands on some Amprol today which has been added to the water of the existing 19. How long does it take to work?
I need to integrate these babies with my other 16 in a different brooder (that I hatched myself and are healthy and thriving)......I’m trying to figure out how long until I’m safe to integrate.
