Question about D'uccle roos

I just bought 2 D'uccle roos and a hen yesterday and noticed that neither of the boys have spurs. Are they suppose to have spurs?

Some do, some don't.

Most D'uccles I've seen do not.... or they are tiny.

Also, depends on the age of the rooster. They don't usually get real spurs till about 7-9 months old.

I should mention that they're adults, one is right outside my bedroom window crowing right now, lol.

I don't raise D'Uccles, but I do not recall seeing large spurs on any of them; though, their leg feathering may camouflage them.

I have 1 and its just over a year old, and it just has nubs, for spurs.

My boy is 2 years old and he has almost nothing.
