question about egg laying

I got 5 hens last Sept. They were all hatched last spring. Right now
the only one laying is my RIR, who just started about 3.5 weeks ago.
When will the others start to lay? Is it too late to put artificial light in
the coop? We are in Virginia.

never too late or early for light...lots of theories on making a bird lay...I go withthey do it whenthey are ready and if that isn't when I am ready then they go away
