Question about eggs.. PIC

So, is this a fertilized egg? There isn't a HUGE bullseye, but also the eggs had a small clump of something in there as well... is that the cells of the embryo?? I got these from my neighbor friend that gets them down in Indiana when he goes down... think they're hatchable??

Yes that egg was fertile.

That bullseye is the chick or at least what would have been a chick. It is called the Blastoderm or something like that.

The white stringy stuff that goes from the yolk to the membrane is a stabalizer that helps keep the yolk centered.

I can't remember the actual names of all the parts, but I know what they do.

That is indeed a blastoid or germination disk.
