Question about fowl pox immunity

I have 6 3-month old silkies that got pox a couple weeks ago. 4 are all healed up, the lesions turned black and have fallen off. But two developed wet pox. I separated them a few days ago as soon as I saw the lesions in their mouths. Fortunately they are getting better, but still have lesions in their mouths. Now that the other 4 have recovered, are they completely immune to where I can put the two back and they won't reinfect their buddies? Or do i need to keep them separate until they are completely recovered? Once the external lesions are healing and the scabs are gone, will that mean that the internal pox is done, too? Thanks for the help!

I would keep the 2 with Wet Fowl Pox separated until they have completely recovered.
