question about fowl pox (with picture)

hi,

just wondering if anyone could help me identify this skin condition? it is occurring on most of my 40 birds. This is a turken and some of the red rangers have it as well. are they pecking eachother? there are wild chickens in the area and lots of mosquitoes.

It does look like fowl pox. Dry pox is usually not complicated, but the wet or diphtheric type is much more serious when there are lesions in the eyes and throat. Here are a couple of links to compare pictures:

Does anyone know if you vaccinate birds that already have fowl pox? Or do you just let it run it's course and hope for the best?
