Question about getting more chicks

I've had success integrating up to my 10 week olds with new hatchlings but I think I may have just got lucky that all my babies arereally sweet because the times I have mentioned that people ask me how in the world I did it.

You all were supposed to tell me "absolutely no, not under any circumstances" and talk me out of it lol

We are nothing if not a bunch of enablers lol!

But in all seriousness, I do this all the time when my brooder is running becasue I am weak and I do not stay out of feed stores like I'm supposed to! I always end up popping new chicks in the brooder with the others now and then during the first couple weeks, i have never had a problem. I don't like to go much more then that just due to size difference, I don't want to risk issues with the smaller ones if an older one gets uppity.

I've only had a problem when there was a larger age difference/ size difference. Like two weeks or so.

I have the opposite problem I have two two week old blue ameraecanas that are bullying my 6 week olds lol
