Question about hatching Duck Eggs

So this is the first time I have hatched out ducks and I have a few questions. I am hatching our Rouen ducks and yesterday would have been day 28. Many of the eggs have pipped yesterday but this morning there has been no more improvement. They have been moving a bit and peeping but none have tried to make their big debut. I was wondering if I needed to take action and help them out or if I should still let them go at it on their own. Please let me know. I had no...
