i very very good friend of mine asked me this question "Since I don't know how the fertilization business works, I don't know if switching to the white peacock after getting some eggs out of the other male will give me some white chicks. I don't know if he fertilizes ALL eggs for the season at one time, or if it is a daily thing. If it is daily, - I can switch males to get the different chicks. Do you know how this works?
can anyone answer this for me so i can tell her..thanks.
birdman.

In chickens, one fertilization is reportedly good for two weeks, sometimes three. To make sure there is a difference in the paternity, it is recommended that you separate the hen for 30 daysbetween roos to make sure the old sperm is out of her system.
Peahens? who knows???? I would take the chicken guidelines at a minimum until you get further verification.
