Question about Incubating and Hatching at same time in Sportsman

I just bought the GFQ Sportsman cabinet incubator with hatching tray. My question is when you have eggs hatching in the drawer with eggs in the trays on automatic turning, the last turning tray looks like it is dangerous for the hatched chicks as it goes far into to tray. Has anyone had any problems with this?

The egg turner needs to be turned off 3 days before the eggs hatch date, which is also called lockdown day.
