Question about inside of bator

I was wanting to know what kind of paint you would use to paint the inside of a wooden incubator ?
Should it be sealed and if so what kind of sealer should i use ?

so far building ours today we have used paintable
caulk on all inside connection points of the wood. i
am not sure what kind of paint. I would think high
gloss would be sufficent. thats what we planned to use.
unless thats wrong.

wow good ques, low or no voc latex i would think, come on byc'er ideas!
