Question about member titles

I love the cute titles member's get for different post counts. Can you fill me in on what the different levels are? Apologies if this is posted somewhere else.

Thanks! But does anyone know at what post count the titles change? For example I know mine changed when I reached 30 posts. HOw frequently does it change?
