Hi
We have 5 straight run biddies we got a week and a half ago. They are housed in the house in a big rubber maid tube with fresh shavings, food, water and are kept warm. They are healthy looking and eat and drink and talk all the time, Yesterday I noticed that they all had a lump (hard) on their breast area..is this normal? They look a little funny but are acting normal. We have 4 older hens(buff orphington and red sex linked) outside in the coop and wanted to put them out there and see if the hens would accept them but dont want to if they are sick.I heard that the older hens would try to kill them...is that true??
Thanks!!
