Question about my new layers.

So my girls started laying about 10 days ago. I keep getting 1 egg every other day from 6 pullets who are all 20 weeks old. When will I start getting more eggs? Out of the 5 eggs I have recieved only 3 were edible (the remaining two were laid from the roost and one was pecked.) My girls are: 2 dark brahmas, 2 black australorps, and 2 production reds. So when will I start getting more eggs and how many will I average a week roughly?

Generally their peak production will be after about 6-7 mos. of age (depending on breed) Once they're fully mature you can expect about 2 eggs a day for every 3 hens you have. Thats the general formula.
