Question About My Pekin

Hello, i was putting my ducks in the garage tonight and i picked my pekin drake up and he doesnt really liked to be picked up and he some how jumped out of my hands. He jumped about 7-8 feet 3.5 feet off the ground. So i am wondering if that jump could have hurt his legs since he's a big boy. Thanks for any replys

Welcome to BYC how was he walking after? they can injure their legs with a jump like that so I'd keep an eye on him to make sure he isn't limping

Let him swim in a tub of lukewarm water, see how he moves. Epsom salt compresses help with sprains. Feel his legs, all the way up to the top to make sure nothing is broken. I doubt it, but check anyway.
