Question about my run(old compost pile)

Where I plan to put my run was the former site of our humus pile. There are still a few pieces of this and that decomposing in there. I covered most of it up. Think this will pose any sort of problems?

It should be fine. We built our main run where our vegetable garden was. There was still a bit of compost pile there when we moved the chickens in. They made light work of scattering the compost all over the run.
