Which makes more sense.

I'm not exactly sure why you set a day for the incubation period.
So for quail I set the incubator for 14 days. And this is when I take the turning plate out, add more humidity and all that. Also unplug the turner.
But the incubator keeps running, right? Does it "do anything" on day 14? Or is that just another way to keep track of days.

I was also wondering what constitutes a day.
Does the display go by hours? So if I start my hatch Sat at 9 AM, will Sunday 9 AM be considered one day, or will the display flip to two days because it's the start of the second day?

The way I'm thinking on it, I could end up being a day short going into lockdown depending on when the machine flips to 14.
