Question about paid member benefits.

I was looking at this, benefits of paid members. What is the difference in "Non-business links in signature," and "Business Links In Signature?" Just "links," to anywhere or is it something else? Could you show me an example of this, please?

"First Peek at new features," and "Access Private Member Section,"..... are these both referring to accessing:

I can answer the second part of your question, anyway. Yes, they are the same, or at least similar. New features are always announced first in the GFM section, or forum, which is only accessible to GFM and PPM members.

We are about to publish some new information and guidelines related to the first question, so I think it would be best to wait just a bit, rather than possibly causing confusion.

As Judy mentioned, we're in the process of clarifying some of our rules as they relate to advertising and promotions on the forum, we hope to have this available soon.

Good point regarding those two things that could be bundled into one. We'll review it the next time we make revisions!

What about the Business Links In Signature.........
Can you show me an example?

Good question! We don't have specific examples, but if there are cases where it isn't clear that the link is a "business link" the staff will review it as a group.

The general reason for this rule is because as BYC has gotten bigger and bigger we've found more cases where people try to spam the forum just to promote their businesses. We didn't want to prohibit all links, so we felt like this was a good compromise.

Well, personally, I don't have a "business," to link to; but as a Platinum Member, I was jut curious as to what this benefit is. I see lots of links in signatures that are not Platinum Members, so was just wondering about this.............

I still don't get this. What exactly is the benefit?? Anyone can link to their own website anyway, right?
