Question about paypal?

Hi there, I received a payment this morning. The buyer does not have an address registered through paypal, and under the column labeled 'type' it says 'payment owed'?? What does this mean?

In the details part it is saying the transaction is completed...

Is there an email address that you contact who sent you the money? If not, I would contact Paypal and see what's up. That's a first for me.

Were you charged a PayPal fee?

Recently they added a feature so certain accounts can receive "personal" funds from family or friends without a fee.

It will say it was for payment owed or some such.

Just contact the sender for their address.

I'll have to check, they did send me their address (it was a purchase on here). I don't think there was a fee charged? But I'll check to be sure. If that's the case, I'll just have people pay that way, and avoid the fees all together...

ETA: No there wasn't a fee charged, so that must be it. Thanks Terrie
