Question about posting a Classified Ad

Why does it tell me that I am not allowed to post a Classified Ad? What am I doing wrong? I just want to post a WANTED ad. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

You have to have 20 posts in order to place an ad.
Your post above was your 20th, so as soon as the system refreshes, you should be able to place your ad.
