The light brahma rooster that I recently gave away had pretty long spur growth at 9 months old.
Thor, the dark brahma rooster that I kept, is now 10 months old and barely has spur bumps. They are less than 1/4" in length.
From this can I assume that Thor is not finished growing in overall size yet or do the spurs have nothing to do with his growth?
