Question about sexlinks

Again, this varies quite a bit with the individual hen, but if you have enough for averages to mean much, the flock's average production drops about 15% to 20% after each adult molt, other than the first adult molt. Many people replace their hens every two to three years if they are worried about egg production efficiency.
 
That's what I am pretty much finding...that at about two or three years you should consider getting new egg layers. That doesn't mean the old ones have to move out. They can get promoted to bug catchers hehe.
