Question about shipping eggs

I have a Barred rock that is laying some beautiful little brown eggs and I would like to ship them to my parents in NY, I live in Georgia. Does anyone have experience with shipping eggs out of state? Are there any ways I can send them that will guarantee that they will get there in one piece? Any advice would be great thanks.

For eating? I honestly wouldn’t. Often shipped hatching eggs end up cracked. And various temps during transit could compromise eggs.
