Question about temps and growing chicks in incubator?

Does the termp in the incubator raise when the chicks are more developed. My temps ran between 99.9 and 100.6 (LG Still air) Since lastnight its been running 101.5 I am on day 16 is this because the chick is more developed?

Yes, i think as they grow they start to put off heat of their own. Then after some hatch and start running about the bator, they really start to warm things up.
