Question about well water

Thats realy interesting, Did any guests mention a salty taste or all your copper fittings wrot off? i imagine youd get used to it but a guest would notice

The water wasn't all that salty tasting, although maybe we just got used to it. Lots of people that live around here also have high sodium in their well water so they wouldn't have noticed it either. Needless to say, after the birds started to develop heart disease, we stopped drinking it too!

Must be a big mineral deposit right close by eh

In sydney NS where i used to live alot of well water had to be treated with a machine in your basement that ran the water through a turbine to airate it and seperate the water from highly toxic radon gas
What always blew my mind was the 80 year olds that were alive and drank that water for 40 years without knowing!

Yes! All the people on our street have lived here their whole lives and they're older than dirt so I think I'll chance it!

I have well water, while I know this is not good to give to your ducks as a good source of drinking water so I buy gallon jugs of filtered water from Walmart. They should be going outside to live soon... would it be a bad idea to fill a kid pool up with well water? Or is there any other options I have?

My ducks are watered with my well that is fed by glaciers behind my active volcano here in Chile. You should be fine I drink the water too- My name is YodaBat.
